DSH web plugin: restart the dsh web service from the UI, with an optional auto-continue switch (设置 → 插件 → 插件配置) that resumes sessions interrupted by the restart. Host half exposes /plugin/dsh-web-restart (status + restart request) and /plugin/dsh-web-restart/config (auto-continue switch, settings domain); the browser half adds a restart button to the very bottom of the left rail (sidebar.rail.footer, visible in every layout — home / session / calendar) that opens a centered confirm modal before sending the request, plus a plugin-configuration card (设置 → 插件 → 插件配置). The actual kill/start is performed by the launchd supervisor (com.dsh.web-supervisor), which polls ~/.dsh/dsh-web.restart-request.
