# dsh-plugin-litsearch-zotero

A [DeepSeek Harness](https://github.com/deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness) (DSH) plugin
that bundles two agent skills and a small CLI for the "check my idea, then file
the papers" workflow:

- **`literature-search`** — decompose an idea into searchable novelty axes, run a
  multi-source literature search, and grade every hit by how close it is to the
  idea. Used to answer *"has anyone already done this?"* before you start work.
- **`zotero-import`** — push a BibTeX/RIS file into a locally running
  [Zotero](https://www.zotero.org/) desktop app through its connector import
  endpoint. No zotero.org account, no API key.
- **`zotero-import` CLI** — the same import as a shell command.

The two skills compose: `literature-search` finds the papers, `zotero-import`
files them into your library.

## Install

dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-plugin-litsearch-zotero
```

`dsh plugin add` installs the package into the profile and, because this package
declares `dsh.bundle.patch`, activates it automatically. After a restart of the
profile, the two skills appear in the session skill catalog.

> Install straight from a Git checkout / GitHub instead:
> `dsh plugin --profile web add github:<user>/dsh-plugin-litsearch-zotero`

## Usage

### Skill: literature-search

Ask the agent directly:

The skill guides the agent to produce a closeness table
(`🔴 几乎一样 / 🟡 部分重叠 / 🟢 背景`) plus a "still-open gap" list, so you know
which axis of your idea is actually novel.

### Skill + CLI: zotero-import

Zotero must be running. Items land in the currently selected Zotero collection.

## How it works

- `lib/index.js` is a Cordis plugin that registers a **skill provider** on
  `ctx.skills` (same pattern as `@deepseek-ai/dsh-skill-badge`). Skill bodies are
  read from `skills/*.md` at load time and served as `bundled` skills.
- `cordis.patch.yml` is the bundle patch that inserts the plugin as a host row, so
  `dsh plugin add` activates it without any manual composition edit.
- The CLI and the `zotero-import` skill use Zotero's local
  `POST /connector/import` endpoint (note: Zotero's local `/api/` is read-only).
  Node's `fetch` does not honor `http_proxy`, which sidesteps the "502 Bad
  Gateway" you get when curl routes `127.0.0.1:23119` through a local proxy.
