# dsh-csv-viewer

DSH Web plugin that adds a `dsh-better-sidebar` viewer for `.csv` and `.tsv` files.

## Install

Run this in the environment where DSH Web is installed:

```powershell
dsh plugin --profile web add https://github.com/hi-wenw/dsh-csv-viewer.git
```

Restart DSH Web, then hard-refresh the browser with `Ctrl+Shift+R`. Open a CSV or TSV file from the sidebar to use the viewer.

## Features

- automatic delimiter detection for comma, tab, semicolon, and pipe-separated files;
- virtualized rows, so large tables do not create one DOM node for every row;
- sticky header and source row numbers;
- case-insensitive content search;
- numeric/text column sorting with ascending, descending, and reset states;
- `Table` / `Raw` preview modes;
- CSV quoting, escaped quotes, CRLF, and quoted newlines.

## Development

```powershell
pnpm install
pnpm build
pnpm check
```

The DSH client bundle is generated at `lib/client.js`. The host entry is `lib/index.js` and the bundle registration is in `cordis.patch.yml`.

  • This package builds from source on install. pnpm will ask you to allow its build script — that is permission to run the package’s code on your machine, outside the agent sandbox. Only allow sources you trust.
  • This source has no pinned commit, so a later push upstream changes what installs. Prefer pinning a commit.
